GENE
CLIFFORD, Finance Director of
FSG, knows that nothing gets done until
the money has been committed to the
project. He's long been involved in
international business at executive
levels with the Commonwealth Fund of
Boston and Investors Overseas Services.
Gene made his move to strategic finance
consulting in 1970 and since has mainly
focused his efforts on expansion funding.

structuring mergers and handling
requisite funding through private and
public placement, makes him perfectly

toward successful franchise expansion.
Gene has had great success in finding

SHERRILL PATRICK,
Director of Creative Services makes sure

audience you're targeting. Sherrill has a
string of successful "Hits" in creating
images for national franchises. Over her
22-year career she's worked in every
related industry, i.e. promotion, radio,
television, public relations, marketing,
business development and events planning.
She's a top-notch copywriter and "image
manager" with a real flair for finding
what's most intriguing about your
business and presenting it in an
irresistible way.

began her business career in accounting
and then switched to health care and upon
receiving her degree in nursing became a
real people person. Now she uses her
business and nursing experience to full
